PostRadar provides a Chrome extension that allows users to monitor LinkedIn activity including posts, profiles, and hashtags. Our service includes features for real-time tracking, notifications, AI-powered content analysis, and organizational tools for LinkedIn content.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of PostRadar, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our service
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and LinkedIn's terms of service
• Not use our service to collect data for purposes prohibited by law
• Not attempt to access, scrape, or collect data beyond what our extension is designed to monitor

4. Subscriptions and Billing

PostRadar offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Price changes will be communicated before they take effect
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy, available upon request

5. Intellectual Property

The PostRadar extension, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by PostRadar and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit our service in any way without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

PostRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
